Lead Generator
Basic salary £24k to £30k + uncapped commission
We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for selling to join our outbound sales team.
Here at The Energy Supermarket, we recognise and reward hard work and are dedicated to developing our people so that they can realise their full potential.
With a commission scheme that pays up to 20% of generated revenues we provide OTE potentials more than £35k (our top performing lead generators currently earn more than £45k).
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with regular early finishes on Fridays.
No weekend or Bank Holiday working.
Annual target to get the full month of December off paid!

Trainee Account Manager

- The role can be broken down into the following key components:
- Prospecting to identify target customers using all sales tools and media including referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Generating and following up of all allocated sales leads.
- Maintaining customer contact where required to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responding to all sales enquiries and following up on all sales activity in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
- Always maintaining professional business conduct and appearance when representing the business
- Person Specification:
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach.
- Professional, persuasive, and confident in new business pitching.
- A natural drive with a loyal, strong, and proactive work ethic.
